You Gave Me Shelter
Helping a local mother and her children move toward a safe, stable place to call home.
Every family deserves a home where they can feel safe, secure, and at peace. You Gave Me Shelter is The 2540 Project’s current initiative supporting a local mother and her children whose present home no longer provides the safety and stability their family needs.
Through the generosity of donors, businesses, volunteers, and community partners, we are working to help this family move toward a safer housing future. Every donation, ticket purchase, partnership, and shared connection brings us one step closer to providing the security, dignity, and renewed hope they deserve.
Inspired by Matthew 25:31–40, this project is about more than a house. It is about surrounding a family with compassion, responding to a practical need, and reminding them that they are seen, loved, and not alone.
To protect the family’s privacy and dignity, identifying details will not be shared publicly. We are grateful for your understanding and for joining our community in supporting them with care and respect.
