Past Projects
The 2540 Project is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of families in need. Through our projects, we aim to create a positive impact on the community and inspire hope for a better tomorrow.

You Showed Me Love
The 2540 Project brought holiday joy to a local single mom and her six children under 9 by adopting their family for Christmas. Facing financial hardships, this sweet family received not only their holiday wishes but also essential daily needs, showering them with love and support from our community.
You Gave Me Hope
Through generous community donations, The 2540 Project provided 300 bus passes to residents of both the men's and women's correctional facilities, empowering them with access to public transportation. Surplus funds were used to create personal care baskets for each individual. In partnership with Joe Bondy's local barber shop, we also offered fresh haircuts to the men, fostering dignity and community connection.

You Gave Me Food
Through the You Gave Me Food project, The 2540 Project raised funds to help address negative student lunch account balances at local schools. Community members supported the initiative by donating redeemable cans and contributing financially, helping provide relief for students and families in the Cedar Valley.
This project reminded local children that their community sees them, cares for them, and wants them to be able to focus on learning—not worrying about their next meal. We are grateful to everyone who helped turn compassion into practical support, one lunch at a time.
